Residence molto carino, letto e cuscini comodi. Pochi minuti a piedi in una discesa non troppo ripida si arriva direttamente alla spiaggia, sia attrezzata che spiaggia libera. L'appartamento scelto da me aveva vista mare e potevi vedere i tramonti alla sera. Buona idea la cucina separata dalla camera accessibile attraverso il balcone. Molto vicina a Tropea in auto davvero comoda.

Die Anlage war sehr schön und gepflegt, der Fussweg zum Meer war recht kurz und die Aussendusche super, so konnte man schon vor der Rückkehr in die Wohnung den Sand abspülen.
Alles war sehr sauber, Emanuela und ihre Familie und Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften im Garten für die Küche Basilikum holen.
Die kleine Cafeteria auf dem Areal war bedient und hatte feine Cornetti und anderes im Angebot. Die Klimaanlage haben wir angesichts der Temperaturen nahe 40° sehr geschätzt und hat gut funktioniert. Gilt auch für den TV, wo wir auf RAI 1 die Fussball-WM verfolgen konnten.
Da wir meistens selber gekocht haben, wäre eine etwas besser ausgestattete Küche von Vorteil gewesen. Es hat aber gereicht und wir haben auf Nachfrage noch dies und das erhalten. Etwas Improvisation macht den Urlaub zudem spannender.

The studio flat has a nice view on the sea and provides all the necessary facilities to have a comfortable one-week stay. Place is clean and the staff was helpful. Location is very handy to reach Tropea or other nearby places by car
The studio flat is quite packed, there is just enough space for 2 people to live. It did not bother us too much as we were always out, but it is fair to say it is small. Other people in the residence were quite noisy even during the night and the staff never intervened
