Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property because we had serious concerns about our safety. There was a man standing at the entrance when we arrived. While we were trying to enter the door code, he told us that he knew the code. He then followed us all the way to the elevator. When we reached our floor and arrived at the room, we realized that the room door used the same code as the main entrance. The property also did not look as spacious and clean as it appeared in the photos. Because we felt unsafe, we immediately left the property. When we got off the elevator, the same man was still there and looking at us. We were unable to stay at the property and had to spend much more money to stay at another hotel. Unfortunately, we were also unable to get our money back. I tried several times to contact Booking.com but was unable to reach them. I honestly cannot understand how this property has such a high rating. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience for us, and we would not recommend staying here.

Used a door entry code which was quick and straightforward to use. Hosts were available around the clock for support and the apartment smelt amazing upon arrival. Everything was clean and the apartment had a balcony which is rare in London. Had an amazing sleep as the bed and pillows were so comfy and outside was very peaceful
