Location was exellent! 50 metre walk to the ocean and wonerful views. 5 min drive to shops, restaurants & cafes. Everything we needed (except food) was provided
The outside ensuite bedroom had a smoker's smell and although an attempt to mask it with fragrance sticks, it didn't stop the asthma. So we couldn't use it and, being reduced to 3 bedrooms, the 2 teenage boys were asked to share a bedroom.

great location, view was magnificent…
was the best spot to visit grannies pool and flinders bay.
waking path right at your door step
beds were comfy, air con was great
loved the electric blinds in the living area
also great it has a Weber bbq
There was no room to put anything we brought with us eg food, alcohol… no bench space and cupboards All full. Was glad we didn’t take much more than we did. we had to leave our stuff in bags lying all over the place.
Glassware needs updating as some
of the glasses were yuk
The blinds in the bedrooms had big gaps, left the light in the mornings and you could see in the bedrooms from outside at nighttime with the lights on
although great to have a Weber bbq it was in the weirdest spot.. was windy so it didn’t work well so did not end up using it
windy location! out of 5 nights we got to sit outside for 2.

Spectacular location and a very unique property. It has the look and feel of being on a boat. Beautiful views.
There wasn't muxh cupboard space to store food in the kitchen, so even though it was self contained, it was a little difficult to work with. Would not recommend for small children, particularly if the weather is likely to be bad as there is nowhere for them to play.

Location and views phenomenal, beds very comfortable.
The main bedroom was shut off and not included in the rental of the property which is not mentioned anywhere so comes as a shock. Some things were not working i.e heating/aircon in singles bedroom, outside door to cottage could not open.
