Nice location and very clean and comfortable. Everything worked great and we felt like we were home while enjoying the place. Then swimming pool within the condo association is also very clean and nice as is the gym. We love Cedar City and we really enjoyed staying here. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed one week. 5 hr drive from SLC. Would recommend flying into Cedar City, or St George or Las Vegas then rent a car. Clubhouse is ok, pool is ok. Unit had everything In kitchen. Host should add unit no located on front of unit and location to clubhouse almost behind clubhouse rear lot. Unit could use a better grill/larger grill. Grill was fine at clubhouse but propane tank ran out. Good access to Bryce and areas north.

This house, location, and property manager/owners are incredible. Great layout for our family of six and great location to all the things we wanted to do. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed immediately. Overall a wonderful stay and the community pool was perfect for our boys to play in during the heat of the afternoons!

This is a quiet & clean townhome in a nice complex. This was our 2nd time staying there (here for Shakespeare festival and SimonFest) and hope to stay again. Toni (owner) is great at communicating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this lovely townhome. I was clean, stylish and well equipped with super comfortable beds. We plan on returning for a longer stay and Bryce/Zion visits in the fall.

The property was the right size for our party, with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen was well-supplied with cookware and basic condiments. We did notify the owner that the cleaning service needed to be more attentive to dust (e.g., under beds, on ceiling fans) and to minor repairs (e.g., a non-working bedside lamp). We needed to dust off the patio furniture before we could enjoy the enclosed patio during the evening. Had we wanted to use the patio grill we would have needed to clean it, as well. Toni was very responsive to our messages via the VRBO site.

Our group consisted of 2 senior couples who stayed 4 nights to explore Bryce and Zion Canyons. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs! The unit was big, clean, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. It was so nice to relax in the evening after our day trips to the canyon and cook all our own meals. Cedar City was in a perfect central spot for our trip. Thank you Toni for sharing your beautiful house with us!

I have never used VRBO before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The actual company made things confusing by trying to sneak in advertizing a week before the due date, but the host could not have been kinder and more accommodating sorting out that corporate opportunism for me. The condo was nice and convenient and not ambient noise except for the emergency helicopter one night, but that felt good to know someone was being helped! Toni and her crew could not have been nicer with my late night calls trying to find the place and figuring out how to get in etc...all things a newby VRBOer needs extra help with. If all properties are this easy, I will say goodbye to motels.

This was an excellent stay for us. This home was clean and comfortable (as expected) but it's the little things that make a stay so much better. Things like regular and decaf coffee pods, teas, hot chocolate, condiments, zip lock bags and high quality toiletries. The gym was great and the townhouse itself was very quiet. Two of us stayed here but it would very comfortable for a family that needs 3 bedrooms. We also appreciated the information on local things to see, restaurants, museums, etc. Thanks for a great VRBO experience!

While it was a little difficult to locate, it was exactly as pictured and described once we got inside. It felt like we were staying at our own house. The hosts left coffee, tea, cocoa, lotion, shampoo, lots of towels, everything you could possibly need. It was clean and smelled fresh. Thanks so very much.

Perfect place to be half way to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Great museum down the road. Cedar City is a wonderful friendly town. We used the hot tub every night. Definitely would book again!!

Very nice property and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Very responsive property manager. She actually had to jump in to help when Orbitz never sent check in information. Highly recommend.

Property is in a great location. Easy access to everything in Cedar City. Easy to find. Property is as described online, too. The ONLY thing that was concerning was the smell. You know when you walk into a place that smells very strong of cleaning supplies, but they mask something else? Yeah, this was the experience at this location. There was information about sewage backing up into homes because of a sewer blockage, so when we read that, it was a little uncomfortable the rest of the weekend. "I wonder what was and wasn't REALLY cleaned in this house? And what am I paying a cleaning fee for if this is the smell I've got to deal with?" Would I stay at this location again? Probably. Price was ok. Layout was perfect for me and my friend, two old ladies attending the festival. But that smell...

This was property was perfect for our Sister's trip in Sept. Three sisters and 3 bedrooms. We went to the outdoor pool/hot tub around 11:30 am. Very nice facility. Had it to ourselves for a couple hours; which was plenty of time for us. Probably until the smaller kiddos woke from their naps. The older kids were likely in school. Had a nice covered patio. We had some great outings up the canyon and around town. We just did simple breakfasts or sandwiches and ate out the other meals, so we didn't really use the oven or many kitchen items. Our trips up the canyon and around town were great fun.
