Situated in Historic Kenwood, this lovely house for $311 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This unique and charming home sleeps 20 people comfortably and splits the bedrooms and living rooms between two distinct areas, which allows room for your entire family to all be under the same roof ! The home has had several recent updates in 2022 and is brought to you by Vacation Rentals of Florida! The home is located in the heart of everything Saint Pete has to offer and is close to many major attractions. Only 6 miles to St. Pete, Sunset, and Treasure Island Beaches. Downtown Saint Petersburg Historic District is only 3.4 miles away, and St. Pete Pier is 4.4 miles away. Tampa, Busch Gardens, Aquarium, and several other activities are only a short drive over the bridge. Please contact us with any questions. • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age of 25 • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. • Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. • We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. The location of the property is not in a good area. There was no hot water and it was not clean. We were not pleased based on the price we paid.

Great time, enough space for a big family

We were in town for the offshore races. The location of the house is fairly far from downtown St. Pete’s. House was clean and clear communication from host. Lots of beds so perfect for larger groups.

The house was very spacious and fit our big group of girls. The only complaint is that the air conditioning did not work in the back bedrooms of the house almost the entirety of our stay so we had to squeeze in the front rooms and living space to sleep BUT there was always quick communication and an awesome guy who always came as soon as possible to try and fix the issue.

I felt the house could have been cleaner. Coffee table broken. Dirty rugs and carpet. Toilet didn’t function correctly. Needs improving. Take the time to fix it up. Not just a house with many rooms.

This house was great for our stay with several guests. Lots of beds and rooms, very clean. Parking on site was easy and convenient. Close to downtown, just a short Lyft ride away. Only downside was some people in our group stayed on a bed they described as being very loud because of the plastic wrap on it, so they got little sleep. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Wonderful house with p.enty of room! We had 14 people here for a family reunion and were able to spread out and have different spots to socialize but also to watch movies, play games or just relax.
If you are a big group and plan on cooking, you will need to bring your own larger pots and serving bowls, as the house has cooking equipment for a smaller family.
The outdoor grill wasn't great. They might want to get a new one, but we managed. Beds were comfortable and the three full bathrooms were a definite plus. Plenty of space to store bigger items as the laundry room and storage room provided additional space.
Garbage rules and days weren't clear. I think the city picks up only the large circular bins that ate placed in the back of the house every third or fourth house. I don't remember any garbage pick up of the smaller house bins. They were full of garbage when we got to the house.
Finally, it would have been nice if the property manager could have been a little more flexible with check in times. We drove from Virginia and Texas and got to Florida a couple of hours before the 4pm check in time. . .I asked if we could check in earlier, but we were told the code wouldn't work until 4. So, we sat in our car in front of the house for about an hour. But other than that, the house was perfect for our needs.

The pictures don't do justice to how big this place is. Just remember when you read listing sleeps 8-12 they are expecting couples to be there not groups of grown men who don't sleep together. Overall we had a great time and no issues with this rental.

The furniture needs updating - outdoor couch is broken, living room furniture is warped and the beds are almost unbearable to sleep in. It is a great location if you're looking to be really close to downtown - and a nice experience!

If you have a lot of folks, this place should accommodate you. Plenty of beds, lots of space. The property looks to have one, maybe two additions. There are 2 separate living areas, both with TVs (we could not find the remote for the back one, but only needed the front). Most of the lamps did not have light bulbs in them either.
The floors, bathrooms and kitchen are renovated. However the common area furniture is old and dirty, especially the 2 easy chairs in the main living area. Also, one of the kitchen table chairs is broken and so is the wooden chair in the office/sitting area off the main living.
There really isn't much of an outdoor entertainment/sitting area and what there is has some really old, dirty and uncomfortable furniture.
Our main issue was with the beds. They were not that comfortable, probably because there are not on box springs. Also, all of them have some plastic bed protectors on them Not only do they heat up the bed but it sounds like you are sleeping on rice krispies when you move at all.
Last note is about the owners adamant aversion to parties. If you plan to entertain and may go late (past10) this is probably not the place for you.
Good news is the furniture and bedding issues can be addressed, and they can put bulbs in the lamps. Hopefully they will take care of those issues. If so , we would stay there again. The location is great as you are only 10 minutes from downtown St. Pete and 15-20 to the beaches.

Great property for big families.
Great setup with two living rooms and and there are more rooms than it seems pictured. We enjoyed our stay. It's located perfectly in-between downtown and the beaches.

The power company shut off utilities for maintenance on one day of our stay so we had to change our plans and couldn’t use house. But owner wouldn’t give any refund for time we couldn’t use the house. House was poorly cleaned, shower curtains were all torn & barely hanging, and there were no garbage bags or bare minimum kitchen supplies. There were missing light bulbs & exposed electrical boxes. The online listing pictures and descriptions were really exaggerated for the actual house.

The house is perfect for a larger group of people, but what surprised me, is for a listing that highlights multiple times “No Party’s”, the house has a lot of evidence of past parties. I will say I was extremely pleased by all the bedrooms, bathrooms, linens, towels and carpeting. They were new, clean and exactly what you would want and expect in any stay. The common area furniture, no so much. The outdoor furniture is either broken or warped from the Florida heat and is unusable, it needs to be replaced. Don’t expect to sit out here. The living room furniture has expired. We spent a good amount of our time in the living room in the mornings and evening before we would head out, The blue couch, yellow and white side chairs in the pictures are all stained and well used. It was enough for me to not want to sit on them. There was a lack of items in the house. Only 1 trash bag, only 2 extra toilet papers for a house with 3 bathrooms and only 1 paper towel. It got us through a day but this was the first air b&b I have stayed at that didn’t have a “few” extras to get us through the weekend. We didn’t rent a car on a 4 night stay so we had to take an Uber to Walmart after only day 1 to pick up these items which was disappointing. I did relay these concerns to the owner as it might have just been a miss on the cleaner/property managers end. Location is good. There isn’t much in walking distance. I have stayed in Downtown St Pete a handful of times and would have liked to have been closer to bars/stores etc. 10 min ride to downtown and 20 minutes to beach. 5 minutes to Walmart. Communication was excellent. Although we never reached out for anything during our stay Andrew kept us up to date on check in and my replies to the property. I would likely stay here again If the furniture was usable and replaced. The outdoor area was key for us and it was beyond disappointing that we couldn’t use it.
