Mari Jean Hotel - All Adults Welcome

EDDIE was amazing. He made the whole experience feel personal. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival, then as he escorted us to our room he filled us in about the pool, the bars, parking, breakfast, drink specials, etc (you name it!).

Nothing. Although I may mention, myself & my friend are very open minded so we did not mind the LGBT vibe going on throughout the property at all. I'm from the area, and I know that part of town, so I expected it. But I would worry that someone not familiar with the social landscape there, or who was uncomfortable with the LGBT community, may be unpleasantly surprised by the vibe (I dont think the hotel description mentioned that there are 2 LBGT bars connected to the hotel, on the first level of the property).

Fun party vibe at the location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

convenience. the room was a six minute walk to the event i was attending the following day

no research done prior to booking. not aware of an event at the hotel celebration that lasted well into early morning hours, making it difficult to sleep

Location. View. Central Downtown.

Was not Deluxe King. Space was cramped and super small, bathroom small. Was a studio. Cheap furniture. Was not honest and transparent online. Made partner uncomfortable being mainly a specific sexual orientation which also wasn't listed. Dark colors. No desk, sofa, chair. Overpriced, only thing going for it is the location.
