Buena localización al lado del metro Duomo. El piso está en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y cómodo. El personal muy atento cuando lo necesitamos

Està situat molt cèntric, però no se senten sorolls. De seguida arribes a molts llocs emblemàtics de la ciutat. Tot i que a nosaltres no ens va caldre, hi ha una parada de metro al costat.
Moltes facilitats en deixar equipatge fora del check-in/out.
Un detall molt interessant el de disposar de dispensador d’aigua natural i amb gas, comunitari.
El bany és una mica petit, tot i que molt funcional.

Posizione strategica, vicino a supermercati, Spacca Napoli e Quartieri Spagnoli. Servizio impeccabile da parte della proprietaria: in caso di necessità è sempre intervenuta tempestivamente. Servizio ricarica acqua e condizionatore!
Piccole migliorie per soggiorni di circa una settimana.
Mettere un opuscolo con i punti strategici da visitare.

The location, the luggage storage and the fact that offers water are the only positive points.
I would have left if I would have time to search for another accommodation, but with my disabled father I could not move so fast.
There was lots of noise from the street as the rubbish was taken daily or few days in a row at least and the main entrance door of the building was slapped each time.
There was mould almost everywhere and the air was humid and felt like in a cellar.
I even got my allergy symptoms waken up after 3nights spent just for sleeping in this location.
The walls were scouring and the one above the sofa in the apartment no1 seems to almost fall.
The radiator from the bathroom was rusted like hell, nowhere to hang your towel, the under sink support for towels was also starting to rust.
This place is in need of a capital renovation.
There were ants in the room that was near the main entrance of the building.
Beware of the photos from booking as they are not reflecting the reality.
