The villa is beautiful and located in a lovely green and peaceful neighborhood. The interior is charming and well-maintained. Although the building is older, it doesn't feel worn out and is in very good condition. The location is convenient if you are traveling by car, and it's also possible to walk to the town center in about 10-15 minutes downhill. The walk back is slightly uphill but still manageable.
The bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. There is a noticeable buildup of limescale on the metal fixtures, and it looks like it has been there for quite some time. As mentioned in other reviews, the Wi-Fi could definitely be improved. Also, the local bus that serves the apartments doesn't seem to follow its schedule very reliably, so it's better not to rely on it too much.

Excellent location in a residential area, surrounded by trees and plenty of vegetation, just an easy 15-20 minute walk to the center. The rooms are stylish and clean, with a retro vibe and well functioning amenities. The host was very kind and helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely go back.

Nice and well-equipped room (kettle, mini fridge, coffee machine). The location is also good...15-20 minutes on foot to the main center.
The lack of air conditioning makes it impossible to stay in the room. Sleeping in these conditions is torture. There is a fan in the room, but who can fall asleep with a humming fan...
Breakfast is rusks and jam, so I recommend shopping
