Air con was perfect for the very hot weather, cooled down the room efficiently. Good ammenities, the fridge and kettle worked well, and the wardrobe was very useful. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and temperature control in shower. Excellent location, ~5 mins walk to Piazza Santo Stefano, ~15 mins to Piazza Maggiore, ~20 mins to University District. Lots of nice caffes and restaurants nearby, and convenience store just around the corner.
Old locks on the doors were tricky to get used to. Had a lot of trouble opening the main door to the apartment, but the owner was very helpful in showing me how to do so. Similarly, locking/unlocking the room door was a bit clunky, but I understand that's how these old builings are. Sheets on the bed were very itchy and I developed a bit of a rash from them, but that's mostly because I have quite sensitive skin. Still, the sheets and pillows could be more comfortable.

La posizione era ottima rispetto al centro. Indispensabile l'aria condizionata. Bagno relativamente nuovo/pulito.
Pulizia ha margini di miglioramento, il lenzuolo superiore/copriletto sembrava sporco, non lavato da un po' di tempo almeno. La serratura della stanza si era momentaneamente bloccata, il chiavistello è probabilmente da stringere un po', ma risolvibile. Non mi è piaciuto il rumore del frighetto (ma è inevitabile presumo) e soprattutto rumori durante la notte disturbavano un po' il sonno (penso sia inevitabile anche quello - consiglio cuffie antirumore per la notte). Sul soffitto c'erano punti in cui l'intonaco stava crollando.

Die Zimmer sind zentral gelegenen, in Gehweite Sehenswürdigkeiten
Mir Anweisungen bei der Ankunft wären gut. Ich habe nicht gewusst, wo ich im dritten Stock hin muss und welches der Zimmer meines war. Ich habe es dann eher durch Zufall gefunden, indem ich die Schlüssel an den richtigen Türen ausprobiert habe.
