The security staff at B2 needs more training and need to learn more ethics.(has nothing to do with the appartment managment they were wonderful)

Access through the parking is a bit complicated if you are not already familiar with it.

Staff was cooperative.
I specifically asked for warm water before checking in or during booking, but that was not available.
Breakfast included, but they don't know how to cook and serve. Coffee was eww.
