Excellent location to stay in a very quiet area and very good connection with underground stations. Pretty close from Blackstock Road which is full of supermarkets and differents bars and fast food. Nash is a very attentive person how can try to help you with most as he can do. Definitely highly recommended.

Bit small bathroom and the sink on top the bath it’s a good idea but small and not to much comfortable.

The room temperature was horrible, it was cold all night and we barely got any sleep. The bed is too small for 2 persons. The bathroom is SHARED which is mentioned only when selecting the room, nowhere else and the rooms pictures give the impression that the bathroom is private. The WiFi range was very weak and the connection dropped a few times every 30 minutes. The windows were broken and taped with adhesive tape. LOL

the property was exceptionally clean and the host was very welcoming and kind 😊

My room was very small, which was not necessarily a problem but my door did not open all the way. I believe that all other rooms were much more roomy so maybe ask about that

Host was lovely, super comfortable room and very quiet. it’s not really near tube, but not too far and loads of good bus routes. great part of highbury with nice shops, pubs, cafes etc nearby

my only issue was the water pressure in the shower, a bit weak but it was all totally fine really

Amazing room/flat in a quiet and calm area with great access to public transport (less than 5min away from a bus stop with 24h connections to central London and 20min away from tube station). The room looks exactly like the pictures - very spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed! The mini-fridge in the room was very handy; appreciated the milk, coffee, and water bottles left for us - and the to-go cups were a nice touch! The bathroom was also very clean, and even though it is small, it was perfect for 2 people to share. We barely used the kitchen but noticed it was also very clean. The check-in and check-out processes were very simple, easy and quick, as Nash was very clear on instructions. We are very pleased we stayed here, and most definitely recommend it!

The only thing we missed was having more cutlery available, as there was only 1 fork in the kitchen. This meant we had to wait for the previous guest to have his meal and wash it, and then eat ours in turns.

Our host was friendly and responsive at any time. I asked for the heating and he fixed it, I asked for a hairdryer and when I came back there was a bag waiting for me by my door. Everything is clean and inviting, the bed if like a cloud, soft and extra comfortable.

The shower needs to be fixed and the drawers need extra cleaning.

Great communication, comfortable and spacious room, very clean, easy access to all forms of public transport, walking distance from Emirates Stadium, shops and take aways. Well equiped kitchen for basic cooking, clean and fresh towels available, scale in the bathroom came in very handy to check the luggage before going to the airport.

I had a great experience, Nash was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean.

Nash was helpful and flexible for the check-in and the check-out. The place is neat and clean, and the other flatmates are very quiet. To be noted: the bathroom is shared with another flatmate, which is not a problem since everyone there is very respectful and the room is cleaned on a daily basis by Nash.
