The location.... there is what looks like a new carpark, just beyond the property...so that was easy. Easy walking distance to all the old town sights, and eating places

Está muy cerca de una de las calles más céntricas de la ciudad. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, reformado y con muy buena relación calidad-precio.

El único inconveniente es que es una segunda planta y no tiene ascensor, pero que en nuestro caso no fue un impedimento porque ninguno de nosotros tenemos problema de movilidad pero para tenerlo en cuenta

El piso está bien, muy acogedor.

El apartamento está bien, pero no entiendo cómo no hay un frigorífico para la categoría del mismo. Hace ya un mes que estuvimos en el y sigue el armatoste de frigorífico roto allí, anunciando que está averiado. Si está averiado habrá que arreglar o sustituir para poder dar servicio a quienes se aposentan ahí, más hincapié en verano. Pero bueno, crítica constructiva. Con respecto al aire acondicionado ni sube ni baja la temperatura, entiendo que bajarlo menos de 25 no sea de recibo, pero te quedas congelado.
