The location and facilities were nice
Likely my expectation of how resorts are in the USA but outside of the actual rooms, every facility usage was additional separate charges with nothing really connected to the "resort rooms" as in charging to the rooms concept.
Also, the services inside the room for food delivery only works if youre a Korean resident so that was very inconvenient for foreigners. They also charge for extra pillows and have a 1-1pillow ratio.

The complex is extremely large, with several towers. The infinity pool area costs extra â and itâs very expensive. There are no pools or relaxation areas included in the regular room price, which was quite disappointing.
Now to the most bizarre part: if youâre traveling with younger kids, be aware that they are required to wear a life vest in the pool, even in the shallow area where they can easily stand. The staff do not speak any English, so they just keep insisting â several of them standing by the pool â that your child must wear the vest, no matter what you say.
Our child refused to wear it (she loves diving), so the whole âinfinity poolâ experience lasted about 10 minutes before we had to leave. It was honestly absurd â hard to believe, but true.
The room itself was fine, no complaints â just a standard hotel room. We ended up eating outside the enormous complex, at the most genuine and lovely restaurant instead of paying the ridiculously high prices for food inside.
