location. cozy.
bees were so bad couldn’t go outside. leak in the bath tub. paid a cleaning fee but definitely wasn’t clean. con webs in several areas. crumbs and dirt in floor. porches needed to be washed down. takes a while to cool the upstairs.

close to everything and amenities were great.
could of had chairs out back with a table. the structure of the balcony where the hot tub sits didn’t feel safe.

Location
I recently stayed at your property in. I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience, as I believe there were several oversights in the preparation of the unit that need to be brought to your attention.
While the location was convenient, the interior condition detracted from the overall enjoyment of the trip. Specifically, I noted the following:
The bathroom shower curtain had visible black mold.
The sharp edges on the downstairs bed frame posed a safety risk and caused a minor injury.
There was no wardrobe in the main bedroom, and the windows had rods but no curtains.
Basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer were missing.
The air conditioning struggled to cool the space effectively, as it was set to 75°F despite the outdoor heat.
I am confident these are oversights rather than the standard you aim to provide. However, given the impact on my stay, I would appreciate a gesture of goodwill, such as a partial refund of [suggest a percentage, e.g., 20%] to account for the missing amenities and safety concerns.
