We loved this house! It was an 8 minute drive to downtown Sutter Creek and it was an easy drive. The rooms were a create size, the kitchen was fully stocked with things like can openers, good knives, and skewers for the fire pit. Also the showers had great water pressure.
Honestly I have nothing negative to say about the property. The only thing I will say is there appears to be an ant problem in the kitchen. We were unable to have any food on the counters due to the ants

Comfortable home. Clean. Nice property outdoors.
Kitchen could use newer pots and pans. Fry pans unusable, very scratched and dirty. Close to main road. Road noise was loud.

Enough room for all of us, and location was great.
Home was dirty. Floors were filthy. Bathroom floor tiles had black dirt caked in tile crevices. Floors were so dirty that the white bathroom rugs ended up being black by the time we left, just from our feet touching the tile then touching the rugs. Bathtub and shower had mold. Bath towels left for guests were tired and crunchy, made us wonder if they were clean. Not really a complaint, because it worked for us, but may not for someone else - it should be made known that the room with two twin beds is in the attic. It was warm and stuffy up there.
