Localisation est très bien, proximité de Yvoire, Genère, Lausanne, Morzine......
Supermarché très proche
Possibilité de baignade à proximité.
Accès salle de bains via la chambre à coucher.
Hotte de cuisson à fortement nettoyer ou changer.
Pas de lumière pour la préparation cuisine.

Es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir neben dem Haus parken.
Die Wohnung könnte mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen was dem Komfort aber nicht geschadet hat.

Appartamento ampio e ben arredato. Check in e check out autonomo, molto pratico e comodo. Posizione strategica, ad un passo dal centro e vicino ad un grande supermercato Carrefour. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Connessione ad internet molto veloce.
Assenza di ascensore, risulta un po’ scomodo portare i bagagli in casa tramite una scala a chiocciola. Assenza di condizionatore. La casa risultava un po’ calda, ma aprendo le finestre si ventilava bene.

La localisation centrale.
L'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce ( canapé, équipements cuisine par exemple).
Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement sans sanitaire ( chasse d'eau des wc HS); réparé, heureusement, le lendemain de notre arrivée. L'appartement est mal isolé, les différents bruits de voisinage à toute heures
L'annonce ne mentionne pas que le parking est payant. Beaucoup de détails qui ne correspondent pas à une note aussi élevée sur booking
