Le cadre

Pas de chambre canapé lit il fallait faire le lit avant de pouvoir mettre une petite table bancal deux tabourets hauts et deux chaises courtes heureusement pas d’enfants.

Chalet très propre et décoré avec soin. Tout le nécessaire et le confort pour passer de bons moments. Le jardin et le charme du village idéalement situé pour aller skier à la Clusaz ou au Grand Bornand.

Well furnished cottage (especially the kitchen) with private parking in a beautiful mountain village. There is a nice garden with many possibilities to stay and great view. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The wifi is a bit weak.

The Chalet overall was very nice and cosy, with a lot of small details to make your stay atmospheric. Even though it is smaller than you expect (one room ca. 10 sqm) it is a good fit for a couple.

The communication with the host (Oliver) was problematic - we didn't speak French and the host spoke very limited / was not willing to speak English. We had trouble locating the chalet and asked the host for help to meet us at the place. Instead, he sent us the address (which we already had) and expected us to find it ourselves (it later turned out he was not at the property). Another disappointing factor was the unexpected charges that the host tried to apply on us. On the check-in day the host told us via messages that there is a supplemental fee for bed linen and towels in the amount of 45 EUR that must be paid in cash. Once we checked-in, he came in person and told us that there is also a local tax to pay in the amount of 24 EUR. Since we did not have that much cash on hands, he then said it is okay and took all the cash we had (basically covering the supplemental fee only). The whole communication was problematic, since he was speaking in French and did not try to explain anything, except saying that "this is normal for France". We felt shaken down by such an approach and our inability to do anything since we were not speaking French.

Very cosy tiny house. Complete equipment. Private closed garden. Clean. Breathtaking view to the mountain. Dogs friendly. Merci beaucoup!

Diffucult communication because of the english language. Not possible to park a car near the house while it is enough space for it.
