The whole place has a modern vibe. The room was not busy and everything was clean. I specifically liked the living room/kitchen area and I was satisfied with the breakfast too.
Some things were quite impractical (e.g. the shower heads or the soap dispenser which was full but did not work throughout the whole week or the sofa in the common area which is too worn out so not comfortable at all). Also, the doors of the rooms can be slammed quite loudly. And due to the storms water was dripping in the bathroom.

Excellent location and great staff. Room was comfortable and the area is quiet (even though there is currently construction across the street) Close to everything and a great value for the money. Breakfast was decent and made it easy to get the day started. Very lively place and the staff were very nice.
Only constructive crticism is that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner when we first arrived. Probably just a one off thing because everything else was clean and tidy.

I got the whole 4-bed room to myself and I didn't even expect it. It's also very centrally located with a fantastic snack and drink bar right in the same building where I are and had some drinks and local cookies. I also got a quite small but free breakfast with the room, which I also didn't expect. It also seemed that I was pretty much the only guest at that time.

The staff was nice and the room was big enough. It was also quiet and the shared living room had some nice chairs, a table and couches to sit on with a big enough tv.
The information about the accommodation clearly stated "garden view" and "lake view". However, the ho(s)tel is not located next to any lake at all. It is behind another street which is next to the lake and there is a huge row with tall houses blocking the sight (even from the upper levels of the hotel). You don't see the lake at all. Furthermore the "garden view" is a view onto another street with a very small line of a flowerbed next to the wall of the hotel.
Also, it seems that lots of things are only half functioning (some water taps don't close automatically, you have have to pull them into some position and by some luck you get it to be turned off, the toilet didn't flush well, the door of the shared bathroom couldn't be fully closed, the kitchen didn't have any forks or spoons and only 2 mugs, no glasses, in summary it was very sparse). The breakfast was there, but the ham cheese sandwich almost didn't have any taste and the watery coffee and the watery lemonade didn't either.
