Locatia este amplasata aproximativ pe plaja, fiind despartita de un drum, usor circulat, de o plaja privata. Toate camerele au vedere la mare, desi cele amplasate superior au o vedere mai buna. Dotarilor interioare si mobilierul sunt de foarta buna calitate, catre premium, iar patul si salteua nu au creat dificultati la dormit.
Accesul la plaja este facil, iar plaja din fata locatiei este amenajata cu sezlonguri de lemn si saltele destul de confortabile. Utilizarea sezlongurilor a fost, in unele zile fară niciun cost, insa in alte zile a fost necesară o consumatie desi nu se impunea un minim de consum. In mare parte, plaja este aglomerata intre 11.00-17.00 fiind agreata de localnici sau turistii din proximitate pentru ca exista o parcare mare chiar langa locatie.
Desi exista suficient spatiu in zona chichinetei, dotarile cu ustensile de bucatarie sunt minimaliste, ceea ce ori impune venirea de acasa cu ceea ce crezi ca ai nevoie ori folosesti tavernele locale sau barul de pe plaja. Probabil proprietarul a gandit a doua varianta. Baia este generoasa, dar nu exista perdea sau perete despartitor la dus ceea ce duce la imprastierea apei si crearea unui disconfort.

Very helpful host, showed us around, gave us recommendations for a taxi driver. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful sea view. We were very happy with our choice of place. They came every 3 days to clean the room, change the bed linen, towels and clean the floor in the room (which was very convenient because we brought a lot of sand from the beach). The apartment also has spacious and free parking.
The only thing that could be better is more kitchen utensils and dishes. Since we stayed for a longer time and cooked in the apartment, it would have been useful.

Tesisin konumu muhteşem, Halkidiki bölgesindeki en güzel konaklama yeri, otel çok rahat, denize sıfır ve deniz muhteşem, tam önünde servisi, hizmeti çok güzel bir beach bar var (Nude bar)
Odalarda sabun yok, yatak odasında tül perdesi yok ama bu eksiklikleri otelin rahat konumu dolayısıyla hiç önemli değil

It is located really close to the sea.
You will have a balcony with sea view.
You will have a parking place.
It is silent place to sleep in the nights.
Very beautiful sea, you can use sun lounger and umbrella for free when stay at this apartment( I guess some agreed with beach business).
I saw the owner only once when we came.
Apartment has an air conditioner.
1. You can't leave the air conditioning on when you leave (it will be very hot when you come back)
2. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is rocky - it wasn't entirely comfortable to walk around without shoes.
3. The room is self-catering, but there is a kitchen, though everything is very minimalist. If you choose this accommodation, be sure to bring all the necessary cutting boards, knives, and so on. The kitchen itself is normal - there is a stove, a kettle, plates and spoons for exactly the number of people.
4. As others have already mentioned, the Wi-Fi is weak and the signal quality is terrible. But having internet wasn't a big deal for us.
