My daughter forgot her stuffed animal and the hotel staff kept it.
2 days after we checked out , we called the hotel and they said that the stuffed animal is here and will send it back to us with no additional charge, so kind of them , thank you!

Nice room, good location, friendly staff
The bathroom door is low, so tall people should mind their head. And the breakfast is great, but unfortunately everything, including the rice meal, is being served cold without the possibility to warm it up.
