Spacious room.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only minor downside was that there were no bathrobes or disposable slippers provided, but this was not a big issue at all considering how clean and comfortable everything else was.

Breakfast was perfect. A mix of continental with Eggs and bacon.
The room was clean and great location for rail travel and eating out. I would recommend Le Theoreme, 1 min walk.

Great location for trains and buses into centre and La Defense Arena. Some great food options on the door step.
Room was very clean and bed large and comfortable.
A great place for short stays in cooler weather.
Air conditioning was not working during 35+ degree heatwave, making stay very uncomfortable with little sleep.
Bathroom had a sewage smell on arrival that didn't go away. The towels are very small and not changed during stays.
Facilities are abit lacking overall. Two sachets of instant coffee for two people for a three night stay...only provided with two espresso cups, no cups for tea or water. We asked for larger mugs though and were provided with these quickly.
The kitchenette is not available for all stays despite being in all rooms and photos. So no plates or cutlery provided. We did have access to the fridge though which was a
positive due to the heat. Not 100% sure if this was supposed to be the case as the kitchenette was behind a lockable cupboard.
