This flat has an exceptional location , you are very close to the main bars and restaurants , but it's amazingly quiet
For 2 former work colleagues meeting up for an annual reunion it's great , 2 bedrooms , two bathrooms a kitchen and a comfortable lounge and plenty of aircon.
Its not the newest of interiors but it was spot on for us and spacious
Manuel is always friendly and there if you need anything
The place is minutes from everything , the beach , the bars / restaurants , the nearest supermarket
You won't beat it for location.
And the price was very economical
For us everything was spot on.
If you want brand spanking bathrooms and kitchen , and you're prepared to pay for it go elsewhere
But for ticking the boxes and being near absolutely everything ..this flat is great

Buena ubicación. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo y la playa, al lado de bares y restaurantes y muy cerca de la plaza de la Constitución y el parking las Rampas. El apartamento de 2 habitaciones tenía todo lo necesario, y estaba todo ordenado, toallas limpias y sábanas, aunque sólo lo usamos para ducha y dormir. El precio muy bueno comparado con los alrededores. El anfitrión muy agradable.
El checking a las 16.00h , pero el anfitrión nos llamó para que entráramos a las 15.00h. La limpieza supongo que se hace corriendo por lo que no se afina y posiblemente quién pase más horas dentro, se fijará aún más en éso que nosotros.

Me gustó mucho en general y destacaría lo cerca que está de todo, zona de ocio, comercios , Estacion y siendo además una calle tranquila, que siempre se agradece.
No he tenido ninguna pega durante mi estancia.
