The place is small but very clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, including a full shopping mall a couple blocks away.
Breakfast is convenient but fairly simple, do not expect nothing else than some eggs coffee and bread.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice staff
The noise in the night was really bad and I'm used to sleep in noisy places. The window has no sound proofing at all and there are clubs that play really really loud music just down the street. It was almost impossible to fall asleep.
One of the power outlets didn't work.
There were some small ants walking on the wall.
