- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

It was perfect! Our large family enjoyed this house very much. The kids (12-18) loved the spacious gameroom. The home was so clean and comfortable. We will be back!

This home was easy walking distance to anything on Main Street and only a couple of blocks from the War Museum. Everything was clean and very well stocked. All of our party agreed that we'd highly recommend the home, and we would rent again for another trip to Fredericksburg.

I normally would leave a great review, but sadly I can't here. The kitchen had problems. There were 2 notes on the wall saying do not use, above the dishwasher, (it had two levels, but we could only use the bottom one which wasn't enough room for dishes for 9 people. Also one on the stove left burner. I would think those would be taken care of before accepting guests. The disposal on the sink kept stopping up. There would some bugs but they were dead, than goodness, and someone left some panties in one of the drawers, both just a cleaning people problem. In one bathroom, the hot water faucet would start running water from under it when you turned either faucet. It was wired. There is a big game room, but it is in the garage and the stand up a/c that dripped water on the floor, but it was too hot in there for us to stay out there very long, which was disappointing, but if you go anytime other than summer, it would be fun. Now, for the nice things. The rooms were great.. Master bedroom is huge. The garden in the front yard is very pretty, lots of flowers, birds and squirrels. All the tv's worked and were nice and big. Large dining table fit all 9 of us. It is also close to the main street, and seems to be a good neighborhood. So if they fix all the problems, it will be a nice place to stay.
