About this house rental
At Chancellor Peak Chalets, we can't wait to have you come and visit us! We know that you are going to enjoy your visit and that it will be one for you and your family to remember for years to come. When visiting Chancellor Peak Chalets, most visitors use our Chalets as a central location to explore all the sights and activities that the Columbia Valley, Golden, Yoho National Park and the Kicking Horse River have to offer.
However, many of our visitors are just as content to sit back and relax and let the cares of the modern world slip away. When visiting us, since we are so centrally located, you have the option as to how you spend your holiday.
When you are staying with us, your Chalet consists of a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with shower, TV, and a gas fireplace. The upstairs loft contains a queen-size bed, two single beds, a large soaker tub and 1/2 bath. Each unit offers a private entrance and covered deck with gas BBQ, fire pit, patio table and chairs.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

The place is magnificent, very beautiful, comfortable & with many unexpected cooking utensils.
If you are a light sleeper, the train passings at night can keep you up with their horns.

The cabins are cute, but overall cleanliness is at about a 3. Toilets and beds are clean, but lots of cobwebs and disorganized in the kitchen. There was no power when we arrived, and for nearly the full day on our last day. Check in process is easy, as there is no contact required with any admins, but this makes it difficult to voice any issues or complaints. The area around the cabins is great as you're close to Golden and the Yoho Valley National Park. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but will not be returning to Yoho Chalets
