Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and informative. The location is excellent and convenient. The room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need, making it ideal for families.

Pro rodinu ideální ubytování. 2 plnohodnotné ložnice a 2 plnohodnotné koupelny s WC. Parkování na ulici bezproblémové. Za 2000 czk na noc pro 4 osoby- bezkonkurenční!

The location was great and the apartment was spacious enough.
When I tried calling the number provided, the person who answered was unfortunately not very helpful. They repeatedly said “I don’t understand” and eventually hung up the call.
When we arrived at the apartment, we found the door open and the place in a very messy condition. I called again to clarify the situation. The lady I spoke to said she would check and call me back. After some time, she returned the call and informed us that we had been given the wrong apartment.
As a result, we had to drive back to the original key collection point to return the incorrect keys and collect the correct ones. The apartment we were then assigned was significantly smaller, but at least it was properly cleaned. We do wish, however, that the sofa in this apartment had been larger.
