Easy access to Peterborough shopping, bus and rail station. I just needed a night's accommodation. Kevin welcomed me and I stayed in a double room, close to a shared shower room.
Excellent: all 'round: secure, warm, tea/coffee making, microwave, crockery and cutlery, Freeview TV, wardrobe and towels/soap supplied. Everything needed for a relaxing stopover.

OMG I loved everything about the house! Very cozy and warm, full of pictures and memories. What a lovely and unique experience! The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby.
Toilet good conditions, perfect pressure of the water. In my room I had my own fridge, plates, bowls, cups, coffee, milk, and other different set ups that made my stay very comfortable.
Honestly, for the amount that you are paying is nothing in comparison with what you are getting of!
The host, owner of the house a lovely gentleman!
Everything was perfect! Shame I didn’t have time to try the breakfast because smelled very yummmy!
I have 0 complains, everything was perfect!

Very good and large full English breakfast. Comfortable bed, Everything very clean and tidy. Everything you'd expect of a Guest House and more. Kettle, tea and kettle in room as well as a microwave, crockery and cutlery. Friendly owner.
No chair in room, but bed comfortable to sit on with feet up. Power sockets a long way from bed but I always take a 3m long USB charging cable with me to hotels and hospitals, so I was OK.

The host was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!
The room and furnishings were a bit tired.
