Fabulous family home with big spaces to be together as well as room to spread out. Comfortable, clean, well supplied with everything we could possibly need (including a table tennis table!) for a family of 8 (or more, there was a spare bedroom!). Excellent location on the edge of Bourton on the Water - 10 minute slow walk into town, 5 mins to the local pub, 7 minutes to the nearest kiddies park. Also close to the main road (not so close it's noisy) so really easy to get to other places. The contact for the property was prompt to reply to questions before and during our stay, and really helpful. Loved it - would highly recommend.
Only really minor things which we've discussed with the property, so not worth raising here.

First class Location. Food hamper left was great ( sorry did not eat cake as we also brought one ) . We thought that there was odd things that let it down, i.e A broken toilet seat in bedroom to right of stairs. under another bed there was tissues and other bits, cobwebs in windows. Over all a great place to stay just a little more detail to cleanliness'. As a surprise family weekend for my wifes 70th it was thoroughly enjoyed.

Location great allowing walking into Bouton on the Water, to visit attractions. No need to use cars.
House and garden allowed plenty of room for a family reunion.
Games room a bonus.
More tea towels would have been good. We did a lot of cooking.
No toiletries as advertised I think.
