Very central and pleasant flat, brand new and recently refurnished. The apartment is located a stone-throw away from the Champs de Mars, and a 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is in a lovely neighborhood, with many restaurants and local shops located in the street.
The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. The apartment comprises: a lovely entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with an amazing view on Paris roofs, a comfortable bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a small toilet.
It includes a bedroom with a king size bed (160x200cm), and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (160x200cm).

The apartment is shabby and in need of repairs. Photos are very old. Info on binders is old—closed restaurants, wrong codes. Everything just needs an update. Great location though!!

Communication with the host was impeccable—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.”

We thought it looked like an old age home.
It was very clean. Poor quality furnishings. Minimum. Was not welcoming. Our TV did not work and we did not have WiFi. Very disappointing
