Hice la reserva para mis papás y mi tía. Me pidieron explícitamente que valore la experiencia con 11 estrellas sobre 10 😄 estuvieron muy satisfechos con todo, las instalaciones, la limpieza, la ubicación pero sobre todo: la amabilidad del personal es algo de lo que más apreciaron. De mi parte estoy feliz que mi familia haya tenido tan buena experiencia. Recomendado!!

Not really a boutique hotel, but a hostal (according to the owner). From its layout it seems that all rooms may not be the same. Mine was spacious but had a window overlooking the lobby and breakfast area(!), so I had to keep the blackout curtain closed at all times and have the light on. There was noise from the lobby and from the street during the day.
The cockroach in the bathroom, and the owner who, although at the beginning was very helpful, showing me around, she got seriously offended by my evaluation (an 8, “very good”) contacted me privately on Whatsapp and lectured me repeatedly I should have gone to a 5 star hotel if I expected a better room!
