Very clean room, bedlinen and towels (big cotton towels changed every day), clean bathroom. Free small water bottels. Comfy mattress. Air condition perfect. Big Window to open. Spacy room with wardrobe, desk and chair. Shower with very good water pressure and warm water regulation. WiFi good.
Extraordinary nice and helpful personell, arranged very early taxi transport to the airport for us. Thank you!
ATM, supermarket and restaurants, and the Museum, in short walking distance.
We recommend to stay at this hotel.
There is no hand wash basin in the bathroom, you wet your feet when washing hands with the shower outlet. Shower close to toilet, so toilet gets wet when you take a shower. But as it is all clean, it was tolerable.
Pillows very big and very firm.

The room was pretty big. The bed was a king size, very confy. The area was very calm and nice, but also close to several bars& restaurants&shops
It needs some update. The toilet was smelling moody. You have to leave 100.000rup diposit, we had not knowlegde of it in all the reservation process

Toilet is not clean. No trash basket. TV was not functioned as it should.

Very basic..more local standard than international standard NOTE most reviews seems to be a few people driving up the rating
