Everything was exceptional! The owner was great with communication and clear directions to enter the property. The location was ideal to city center as well as the bus back to the Coimbra B train station. There was a grocery store a few blocks away. The kitchen was well-equipped and would be suitable for a longer stay due to a washing machine, too! Very spacious with a nice view of the area being on the third floor.

This place is ok, but definitely needs a restoration, most of the things have seen better days, cheapest mattresses, no quilts, just sheets and blankets it seems that the owners try to save every single penny. At our arrival whole apartment was very cold, and the small heater just was unable to properly heat up everything fast, it would have been nice for the host to at least pre-heat it few hours before arrival, as we have called and informed about arrival time.
