We loved the location It's in the quieter part of Cavtat but still very close to everything. The view from the balcony is amazing. Lovely size room, very comfy bed, lovely kitchen and bathroom. All the essentials were there, we only had to buy some food to fill our fridge. Everything was very clean including our room, lobby, stairwells and pool area. Great communication and easy access. Also it was so close to everything, only about 40 steps up to the front door from the front. We liked that it was near the walk that led us to our favourite beach, Rat beach! We already miss it. We stayed in room 6 at the top.
The smell of smoke from the restaurant below when they lit the BBQ in an evening, some nights we couldn't open the door to the balcony. This was only a small issue and we'd still definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa in a quiet part of Cavtat. The room had everything we needed and the outside pool area was lovely. We had a room with a balcony which was perfect for evening drinks.
