Location
It was very dark when we walked in the reception area, all lights were off, not a nice welcome.

The stay was comfortable - modern, clean and convenient for a 1 night stay after landing in Tirana in the middle of the night.
Location is not straight forward and the hosts should send clear instructions before arrival. Also, our AC kept going off in the middle of the night, and we went to seek help from the receptionist but they wouldn't offer any help. The guy at the reception just said 'it was working yesterday', but didn't offer to see what was wrong. Our night was disrupted every hour when the AC kept going off.

It was a very spacious room, looked very new and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was also very nice!
The air conditioning stopped working a couple of times. Some things about the room need to be replaced/fixed since some things were ripped (bed headboard for example) or crooked.
