Very clean. Very well supplied kitchen. Lots of free snacks including a couple of bottles of wine. Plenty of soaps, lotions, bath salts, etc in baths.

I have to say the communication was great, our circumstances were far from a vacation getaway but the willingness to help during a major event was awesome and the communication excellent.
