Tucked away in the heart of this ancient city, its prime location is an absolute game-changer – just a stone's throw from the mesmerizing Ganges River ghats, bustling markets, and iconic temples like Kashi Vishwanath. I could literally step out and immerse myself in the spiritual pulse of Varanasi without wasting a second on commutes, making every sunrise boat ride and evening aarti feel effortlessly magical. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness blew me away; the dorms and common areas were spotless, with fresh linens, gleaming bathrooms, and a hygienic vibe that made me feel right at home in a city known for its chaotic charm. No dusty corners or questionable spots here – it's like they have a secret formula for maintaining pristine conditions amidst the vibrant energy outside. But what truly elevated this stay to legendary status was the extremely helpful and friendly staff, who treated me like family from day one. Rohit was an absolute legend with his insider tips on hidden gems and seamless check-in process; Shubhi's warm smiles and spot-on recommendations for local eateries made every meal an unforgettable feast; Sanket went above and beyond organizing group activities that fostered instant connections; and Ranjit ji, with his wise stories and fatherly guidance, made navigating Varanasi's winding alleys feel safe and exciting. A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff as well – their tireless efforts kept everything immaculate and comfortable, turning a simple hostel into a sanctuary. And oh, the wonderful vibe! Madsquad pulses with an electric, communal energy that's contagious – think rooftop chill sessions under starry skies, spontaneous jam sessions with fellow travelers from around the globe, and a sense of shared wonder that captures Varanasi's soul.

The kitchen can be slightly upgraded and made available to guests for using it to make small meals. Of course you need to set strict rules about how the cutlery and crockery is supposed to be handled.

Location was nearer to Dasaswamedh ghat and kashi Vishwanath temple.

Lifts were not working, frequent power cuts, on top floor bathrooms, you have to manage everything directly under the sun & there were water supply issues frequently.
