very clean, quiet and comfortable stay. just a bit lacking in basic amenities.

Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Great location for our daily travels.

Would have liked some paper towels, napkins or Kleenex on site as well as dishsoap to do our dishes. Perhaps it was mentioned in the description, but we were surprised not to find any soap or shower gel in the bathroom.

Great location. Lovely, warm atmosphere with comfortable beds. Cozy private garden with shelter from rain. friendly and helpful owner. home away from home will 100% be booking again.

Lovely place to stay

The accommodation perfect for 4 friends sharing. Parking available, light and airy room, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The provision of an outside and little kitchen area were a bonus. Passed the 'would stay again' test.

The lack of a sink is a bit of an inconvenience but we managed to improvise so it wasn't a big deal.

There is a small sink in the toilet which is fine. But, it is missing a largely sink to wash up dishes etc an an improvement.

Great find and we would definitely visit again.

Excellent location just minutes from the town centre and local amenities. Amazing use of the space, room felt very spacious and had everything that we needed.

A sink but managed ok with basin they had supplied for doing our dishes.

Location was good Helped that it was very well lit at night as my room was at the back Host was so helpful when I called him Beds were super comfy and clean

Maybe a little sink at the kitchen area but still a very comfortable stay.

A place to sleep, but remember and be quiet.

I liked the location being quite rural yet not too far from town. I also liked the apartment it's self. It was very clean and modern and the shower was very good indeed.

I didn't like that there wasn't a kitchen sink to do our dishes or have water from. We had to drink the tap water from the bathroom which isn't to everyone's liking. Not mine anyway. I would've liked more cleaning materials like anti bac spray clothes and wipes. I didn't like finding out that it was in the owners house, and we had to keep the noise to a minimum at all times. Other than that it was a nice stay.

A lovely relaxing weekend. Perfect location for all the exploring we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Very easy to find, beautiful property. Bigger room than I expected and the best temperature ever! I’m a cold fish where ever I go and this was just the perfect temperature. Loved the fairy lights in the wee garden area. Bed was very comfortable, had a great sleep. Heard the floor boards upstairs creak a bit in the mornings but not too bad.

It was a lovely stay! Room was nice,clean and comfortable. Steve and family send a very clear directions how to get to the property before the arrival and went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable🙂Highly reccomend The Garden room for anyone visiting Elgin.

Was great had a sofa and little tables eat on. Shower was great nice to have a small outdoor area too.

Loved having the toaster and kettle. Only downside was no sink in little kitchen area.

Exceptionally clean and well priced.

We loved how accessible and great value this lovely property was. Our daughter loved coming back to the house to see the owners dogs and spent some time playing with the owners daughter. It was very quiet at night you wouldn't know anyone lived in the rest of the house. It was as clean as it looks. We already discussed having a drinking water tap in the room with the owner when we were there. I know previous reviewers complained. But the owner is aware and has tried, so there is not much else they can do. One suggestion I have is, it would ideal to have a mirror in the main room with a shelf or a just a shelf added to the bathroom wall so guests have somewhere to put toiletries and make up. This is not a deal breaker though. It is still an exceptional property, at a better price than most hotels in Elgin and Lossiemouth. I don't think we would stay anywhere else if we were in that direction again.

Just what we wanted for our stay in Elgin.

Fantastic location, lovely and quiet, lovely view, fantastic host, nothing too much trouble. Clean comfy bed. Hot shower with large towels. Large comfy bed. Very warm and cosy. Large tv kept us entertained catching up on films. Tea and coffee provided. Would definitely stay again.

A sink would have been nice (but I knew that there wasn't one beforehand). Fridge was a bit noisy.

Excellent holiday accommodation in a lovely location.

The accommodation was in a lovely location within easy walking distance of the town. Steve was so helpful and friendly and the Garden Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. A great base to explore the beautiful Moray coast and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.

All good, no complaints.
