About this condo rental
Located in Davos, this attractive condo for $88 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The apartment is on the 4th Floor of an apartment building with elevator. There is a flat-screen TV with many digital channels and a radio with CD player, and of course free WiFi! The house has its own indoor pool (12.5mx 6m) with sauna and relaxation room (the swimming pool and sauna area is closed in the off-season, from around the end of October to the end of November and one week after Easter to the beginning of June). The anteroom was completely redesigned in 2017: new changing area, 4 new shower cubicles etc. There is a large leisure room in the house with 2 table tennis tables, ski room and ski boot room (heated), bicycle storage, parking space in the underground garage (height: 1.95 m, track width of the parking rail: 1.84 m), for larger cars: outdoor parking spaces (cannot to be reserved in advance), top location: near Parsennbahn and Dorf train station, approx. 100m to the free bus in all directions, 5-8 minutes to the cross-country ski run, children's ski school and sledge slope, shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes, pets allowed. You will also find 360 ° pictures of the apartment under "Equipment"! The contrasts between city and country are nowhere more present in Switzerland than in Davos. In a few minutes you are from the center in another world. There, 700 kilometers of marked hiking, themed and panoramic trails run through animal-rich forests, unforgettable mountain landscapes and wild, romantic valleys. A stay in Davos is suitable for the leisurely stroller, the sporty and sociable hiker up to the ambitious alpinist.

From the amazing caring and responsive host,
In the most beautiful neighborhood in Davos you literal feel part of the mountains, close to the lake and not far from the center,
Accommodated in a well maintained and equipped building,
Spacious lovely apartment with very comfortable beds with everything you need, the balcony is in perfect position facing the incredible view,
Our week in Davos will make us come back many more weeks.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft
Gleich beim Eintreten fühlten wir uns in der sehr gepflegten und geschmackvollen Wohnung wohl. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir am Ende eines Wandertages noch die Abendsonne genießen. Auch an Regentagen bot die Wohnung durch ihre gute Ausstattung genügend Raum und Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Urlaubstag.

Absolut zu empfehlen!
Wir waren nun eine Woche in Davos. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Gleich nebenan ist die Bushaltrstelle, 5 Gehminuten liegt der Davoser See, ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt ist der Adventurepark und auch der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist klein aber absolut toll geschnitten und hat alles was sie braucht.
Die liebe Frau Bruchmann, die Vermieterin, stand uns vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes per Mail zur Verfügung. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe mit Herr Jakovljev war sehr zuverlässig.

Wohnung in bester zentraler Lage
Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt ist, dass auf den Fotos zwei verschiedene Wohnungen zu sehen sind.
Die Küche besitzt keinen Dampfabzug, dafür ist sie hervorragend ausgestattet.

Großzügiges 1,5 Zimmer Appartement, großer Wohn-Schlafraum, ausreichend Stauraum - für 2 Personen ideal.
Gut ausgestattete Küche (Gschirr, Töpfe, Zubehör) mit separatem Fenster.
Bad ebenfalls gut funktionell mit ebenfalls Fenster.
Lage nach Westen, damit Sonne im Winter ab 15.00.
Modernes TV und DVD-Player, WLAN problemlos.
Im Haus schönes 15 m Schwimmbar und kleine, aber ganz neue Sauna (ab 15.00 geöffnet).
Parkgarage für kleine und mittlere PKW, Außenparkplatz für SUV etc.
In 10 min ist man bei der Parsennbahn und auf der Loipe.
Geschäfte in Laufdistanz.
Kleiner Wermutstropfen - Fenster zur Hauptzufahrtsstraße von Davos - was aber im Winter bei gutem Schallschutz kein Problem ist.

Wir waren nur einige Tage zu einem Kongress in Davos.
In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt: Sie ist gemütlich, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, Wifi ohne Probleme, Schlüsselübergabe perfekt...
Das nächste Mal kommen wir hierher, um Urlaub zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll!

Gepflegtes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Vom netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin zur sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung (schnelles WLAN, Küchenutensilien, DVDs, uvm) hat hier alles gepasst. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch der sonnige Balkon und der Schwimmbadbereich!

Gemütliche Wohnung - Toller Urlaub!
Wir haben sehr gerne in dieser schönen Wohnung gewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Sofa und die Betten sind sehr bequem und Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und weich. Warum einem Gast vorher Bettwäsche und Handtücher bemängelt hat, können wir nicht nachvollziehen.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauna und das Schwimmbad!

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in Davos. Direkt am Davoser See kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen. Mit dem Bus und auch zu Fuß kann man den idyllischen Ort gut erkunden. Unsere Ski Aktivitäten fanden meist auf PARSENN statt. Diese Talstation ist nur ca. 800m entfernt. Dort fanden wir ein riesiges Skigebiet mit u.a. 13 km langen und einsamen Pisten. Zum Freeriden war dies natürlich toll, da sich viele Möglichkeiten ergeben abseits der Pisten zu fahren. Im beachtlichem Schwimmbad und dem sauberen Saunabereich ist auch nichts auszusetzen. Einfach klasse!

Tolle Ferienwohnung an praktischer Lage
Wir hatten eine super Woche in der Wohnung. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hell. Die Sauna war sehr sauber und war nach einem aktiven Tag in den Bergen um Davos sehr willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit der VermieterIn (vor und während unserem Besuch) war sehr angenehm. Also Bestens zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dieser Top-Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unbeschwerte Tage brauchten- in der Küche fehlte nichts, WLAN und TV funktionierte einwandfrei. Schwimmbad und Sauna sehr gepflegt.
Bei unserer Ankunft war es weihnachtlich geschmückt, die Betten schön bezogen, vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für die guten Tipps !

Wunderschöne Wohnung zum Ausspannen, Sport machen und Erholen
Wir hatten wieder einmal einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub benötigt.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Wohn-/Esszimmer bieten auch für den Abend eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und das Schwimmbad mit dem frisch renovierten Saunabereich runden den Aufenthalt in Davos perfekt ab. Es fehlt einem an nichts.
Auch die technische Ausstattung (W-LAN und TV) funktionierten einwandfrei.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man in nur 2 - 10 Minuten mit dem Bus die großen Bergbahnen mit sehr großen Skigebieten erreicht. Stressfreier Skitag, da keine Parkplatzsuche vor dem Skifahren notwendig ist.
Wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen!
Wir hatten tolle Schnee- und Pistenbedingungen und eine super Umgebung zum Erholen und Entspannen!!

Schöne Wohnung in der schöne Stadt Davos
Wir waren letzte Woche in Davos in diese Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 6 und 8 Jahre. Mit 4 Personen war es super! Die Kinder sind viel in Schwimmbad gewesen und haben Tischtennis gespielt in Keller. Die Wohnung hat alles was Wir uns gewünscht haben. Und sehr wichtig mit Kinder WIFI!
Davos ist sehr schön. Skifahren (Jakobshorn, Parsenn, Bünda, Bolgen), langlaufen (Dischmatal, Fluëlatal), snowboarden, Kaffe Klatsch u.s.w. Einfach einkaufen macht schon Spass. Die Woche war einfach zu kurz.
Gerne kommen Wir nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielleicht wenn die Kinder gröser werden in der Wohnung 404!?!?
