About this house rental

Located in Vila Nova de Cacela, this lovely house for $149 per night is a great option for your next trip. 2km 500 from the beach. 2 individual Villas located on a property with garden and private pool. Villa Preciosa is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with wc and a living room consisting of a kitchen / dining area and a lounge area. Villa Bella is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc, a kitchen and a living room consisting of a living room and a dining area. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and covered dining area. 5 bedrooms are equipped with new 160 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 new bunk bed and 1 140 cm bed. In addition to paved circulation spaces, carports protecting vehicles from the sun, you will find a tree-lined garden, an 8mx4m swimming pool, private parking for 3 to 4 covered vehicles. Quiet area, fully enclosed garden, access is via motorized gates. Internet wifi. Air conditioning on the ground floor. Altura has a shopping street, where you can find restaurants, shops or cafes. The large and wide beach of Alagoa, is accessible by a pontoon and wooden path which adds a charm to it. You have 2 supermarkets within 2 km and amenities in the city center. Although touristy, it is between sea and countryside that Altura is located, it keeps withdrawing from its counterparts because apart from a large hotel with several floors, the buildings are all villas and the city is surrounded by meadows, cultures. , orchard. Located on the coast in the Algarve, the property is close to a motorway access, it can lead you on all possible visits to the Algarve. The beaches the most beautiful and unusual beaches, protected parks, the castles of Tavira and Casto Marim, as well as the salt marshes of the latter. The town of Tavira and its magnificent city center and garden, or the square and shopping alleys of Villa Real Santo Antonio. And if you feel like it, you can cross the border and spend a day in Seville (1h30). This is also the advantage of Altura, you can as well, if you take the plane, go through the airport of Faro or that of Seville. A small additional clarification: Upstairs in the Bella house, lives the guardian of the property, she will welcome you. She does not share the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool with you. But she may have to stop by to access her car or to maintain the pool or outdoor areas. She is very welcoming and discreet. A little secret: ... it's my mom ...

Schöne, saubere Anlage, nette Besitzerin
Die Besitzerin wohnt mit in dem einen Haus. Sie ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie hat uns am Anfang alles gezeigt und war für Fragen verfügbar, hat sich sonst nicht eingemischt. Die Anlage und die Häuser waren sehr sauber, ein Aldi und andere Supermärkte, sowie der Strand sind nur 3-5 Autominuten entfernt. Der Checkout verlief ebenfalls problemlos. Die Besitzerin hat kurz alle Schlüssel überprüft und dann eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Sie spricht allerdings nur Französisch, was aber kein Problem war, da sie ihr Tablet zwecks Übersetzung immer griffbereit hatte.

The property has capacity for 13 people, distributed by 3 apartments (2 buildings). The outdoors are really great and very spacious! Good for outdoor meals, relax by the pool, play games etc. you can also find all the kitchen tools you need. The communication was good (but we had someone who understood French in our group), the host attended to everything we needed. Only downside was that the floor apartment from villa preciosa had some constant septic odor. All in all it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back if possible.

Great place for family
The property has capacity for 13 people, distributed by 3 apartments (2 buildings). The outdoors are really great and very spacious! Good for outdoor meals, relax by the pool, play games etc. you can also find all the kitchen tools you need. The communication was good (but we had someone who understood French in our group), the host attended to everything we needed. Only downside was that the floor apartment from villa preciosa had some constant septic odor. All in all it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back if possible.

Passamos uma semana de férias muito boa. A simpatia e acolhimento for excelente. O espaço exterior é magnífico, porém as casas precisam de pequenos arranjos, especialmente a parte eléctrica. No geral, foi uma experiência agradável e concerteza voltaremos mais vezes. Obrigada
