Beautiful big rooms, lovely bathroom, plenty of hot water. Had room service from the restaurant and food was good. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
A heater in the room would have made this hotel a 10.

If you have to stay in ipiales, this is as good a place as it gets, being modern and very secure. Staff helpful and a good breakfast
Somewhat noisy at night and had to ask our neighbours to turn tv down at 1am :(

Staff were very friendly and brought us tea and hot water bottles. The shower was nice and hot, the bed was a good size
The lighting was very harsh and they did not have bedside lamps so you either had full bright lights or darkness.
The street is noisy and the noise travels into the room, this calms down as the street gets less busy.
