Everything one would expect at this price, given that this is Vietnam and US Dollar has more purchase power...was really a great value.
There were some minor cleanliness issue of the bedsheets, and a light fixture flashing LED bulb

the rooms are amazing and have everything you need
no hot water, no restaurant, no English speaking staff, in the middle of nowhere so no taxi knew how to get there, even though there’s a local taxi service and it’s on the same road as all the other resorts
