Superb location, easily accessible via public transport with very close proximity to food and shopping. Yet, room was quiet and cosy.
There was a day when I needed assistance but none of the reception staff spoke English.

Being located in Susukino this accomodation was very convenient with easy access to all the fun, nightlife-esque things to do in the area. Only a seven minute walk to suskino station and fifteen minutes to Odori park.
I approached the front desk for help getting tickets to a local sports event. While the initial worker I approached at the front desk was looking for options on how to assist me, it looks like the manager stopped her and said that it was not an option. My request may have been outside the bounds of what is permitted but still a little inconvenient.

The location was perfect amongst all the hotels I stayed in Susukino
The double bed room given to me was so small and tight I couldn’t open the toilet door neither can I walk once I open my luggage. The other members of my group got twin rooms which are much bigger but same price
