The location was excellant, all within easy walking distance to local shops, restuarants and bars around ocean village.
Maintenance on the lift.

A modern looking apartment. Nicely decorated. The view from the double bedroom was pretty nice with views of the marina .
Not very relaxing. Neighbours are noisy (3am phone calls) and you can hear the music from the marina very well!
In the property the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower didn’t work in the way it should.
The lift didn’t work for several days - definitely something to consider if you have mobility or accessibility issues. The owners were quick to respond when I called though.
There were asp a lot of rats outside the property.
One thing to note is there is LOTS of parking but it’s chargeable at £8 per 24hrs.
