We had a lovely stay at this spacious villa with our family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone, with lots of outdoor areas to relax, dine and enjoy the space. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is a great size and while not heated, in August sunshine it soon warms up (and provides cool respite from the sun).
The beach is around a 25-minute walk away, but we used Uber to get around instead. Ubers were inexpensive and very convenient, so this worked well for us.
Early check in was available for a fee which we organised. We felt the fee was a little high vs some other villas we have checked into early but we decided to accept as we had children and lots of luggage and appreciated it nonetheless. We had an issue with the door code but a back up was sorted once we rung the office.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa, particularly for families or larger groups looking for a spacious place to stay in Quarteira.
There are a few areas of the villa and some of the furniture that could use a little attention, which we have already communicated to the management company.
Also too many email notifications and reminders along with forms to fill out just a few days before arrival.

The location was ok and very near with aqua park, which unfortunately was closed during our stay due to Covid 19 circumstances. The house is huge and very welcoming.
The Air conditioner was not working and that was a bit of a problem for us that are used to have AC on summer.
