Hotel Panorama

It’s called Hotel Panorama for a reason. The views are amazing. The rooms are clean tidy, excellent shower, excellent WiFi and pool you could have stayed in all day. A short walk to the shops/bars/restaurants and tuk tuk’s and beach. We only sampled their breakfast which was delicious. The staff couldn’t be more courteous or helpful. Two points that were not in the brief: - [ ] They insisted on cash only. Could be a bit of an issue for some. - [ ] Being set at the top of the hill there are MANY steps up and down to things. However there is a tuk tuk service that takes you back up to the hotel by ringing the bell at the gate. Cute idea and very much needed. We loved our stay here very much. Thank you to the team!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Extremely clean rooms and beautiful pool area. Staff were so helpful and attentive! Steep hill to get into hotel but ring a bell and within a minute a tuk tuk arrives at the bottom to take you up so it’s no problem at all. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and had an amazing view. The pool was a highlight, it was a good size and had a great view. The Tuk Tuk service up the hill was reliable to get up and down the incredibly steep hill.

The property and rooms felt very dated and in need of a major refresh. The level of customer service was not up to a suitable standard, there was no interest from the staff (for example checking if there was anything we needed in the room or if the food at breakfast was ok).All the other hotels on our trip have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable but that wasn’t the case here. No complimentary water or toiletries provided in the room, and additional breakfast items had to be paid for which felt like a lot of cost cutting.
