Located in Holualoa, this attractive condo for $129 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This condo has everything you need for a great relaxing stay in Kona. Second floor unit in Kona Bali Kai, 1 Queen bed with new mattress and a queen size sleeper in living room. Kitchen fully equipped so you can stay in and cook if you prefer. Have your morning coffee on the lanai. Wireless, BBQ grill available, pool with jacuzzi, 2 TVs, DVD player, washer/dryer in unit, lots of extras including beach chairs and towels, and off street parking. This complex is located the center of Ali'i drive see the turtles, surfing and sunsets right across the street, only a couple miles to many beaches .

This place had everything we needed during our stay in the Kona area. Lots of beach supplies and kitchenware, so we could easily pack our lunches before heading down to the beach. We found if we kept the blinds closed while we were out, and opened the windows upon return, we would get a good crossbreeze in the evenings. Sometimes we used the A/C, but it wasnt always necessary.
It was really private as there was a stairwell that separated only two condos on each floor. This is an end unit situated in the back corner of the property and also backed onto a greenspace.
We liked how the master bedroom faced this greenspace because it was on the cooler side of the building, and it is also open air (screened-in California shutters) so, you wake up to the sound of birdsong every morning and go to bed to the sight of the house lights on the hillside.
You can also catch the trollery every hour down the main town strip.
We would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to the Big Island.

The location is great but the unit was not in good order.There was no way to contact the cleaner so I called the owner and they refunded our cleaning fee but I still had to ready the place for us. Except for no dishwasher, the place has all one needs for a comfortable stay. Access to the ocean was great.

The beach photos in the listing are from across the street and should be removed as it's misleading that this is a beach front property. The unit itself is a bit dated and was very stuffy. The building is behind another and receives little air flow. You're not allowed to turn the A/C down past 75 degrees because it will damage the unit. The shower curtain released a moldy smell whenever it was moved and you could see black mildew spots between it and the inner curtain. No elevator is on site so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lug it up the stairs. The cleaning fee is almost as much as an additional night stay and they want you to clean and do all the bedding laundry before you leave. Why am I paying so much if I have to do the majority of the cleaning? I don't have a problem picking up after myself and leaving things the way I found them but it seemed like a bit much. Livable but wouldn't recommend.

This Kona Condo was just what I needed! It’s well stocked with everything from cooking needs to beach equipment! Truly felt like home! With the AC unit in the living room, the bedroom was a bit warm when I arrived, but there are many fans so I set one up in the hall to blow cool air in there- worked like a charm!

Great VRBO stay with equipped kitchen. TV was a great perk with channels like football. Close walk to store with easy to make foods. Beach within 1 mile walk. Only negative feedback was the A/C unit was old and shut down a lot - if you cant handle a warmer bedroom this might be a tough place for you.

We recently stayed at this condo and were pleased with its prime location. It's evident that thoughtful considerations went into ensuring guests have everything they need; from kitchen amenities to beach accessories, it's all available. The cleanliness was notable, though we did encounter a "minor ;)" issue with small ants getting into our food. While the overall experience was positive, a slightly more competitive rate would make this the perfect spot.

The property manager, Della was amazing and responsive. The unit was very clean and checkin was a breeze. The location was great for going out your door and walking. You could go in either direction and have fun. The Kona Trolley was right in front of building allowing free ride to the Keauhou Shopping Center south or all the way to Target north. There is also a small convenience store in case you need something.
Overall a good visit.

It was a little more involved on parking, you just have to fill out a form and submit it to the right place across the street, which gave us just a bit of heartburn the first night as we arrived so late and soo tired. Some unmentioned good things were the grill on hand at the facility did a great job, was in good shape and fairly clean. Also the beach across the way is not quite a swimming beach, although people did go out into the water, but it was a great place to watch people practicing surfing and to watch sunsets at the end of the day.

Lovely condo. The beach toys and accessories were great. The pool was lovely. Being right across the street from the beach was amazing and just a short walk to magic beach was a huge amazement. The kitchen had all the things to make a great meal.

We were under the impression, from the pictures posted on VRBO, that we were getting a beach front room, when in fact we were acrossed the street, second building back. The place was nice and the accommodations great, but not what we had hoped for. We did enjoy our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The location was great and the place had everything! Sand toys, boogie boards, and kitchen was well stocked.
There were tiny ants in the kitchen but we found more ant traps and used the Lysol wipes and it wasn't a huge issue.

Home was accurate in description, had everything we needed, was located in a central location, great pool. Other than one little hiccup with the cleaning service coming early and us feeling rushed to move out, only due to some miscommunication, everything was great. We’d stay there again, owner is very prompt in responding quickly. Mahalo!

Great to have a whole apartment right opposite the ocean. Lots of little extras in the apartment made it really nice. Bits in the fridge, beach things like chairs and umbrella, lunch boxes, bags, beach towels etc. Nice and clean and really good comms

We really enjoyed our Kona Bali Kai stay! Good location, comfortable accommodations and the grounds were really pretty. Check out the evening sunsets on the lawn across the street and adjacent to the water, just gorgeous! We hope to be back there soon, thank you so much! Everything we needed for a terrific couples vacation!

We had the carpet that was dirty bugs was there the bathroom was not that I expected people had their belongings in the closet the place was a disaster I took pictures as well don't forget the bugs I don't recommend anyone to live there

My husband and myself had a great stay. Sure is the comfort of home. She had everything there that we needed. Enjoy the location and the communication. Thank you so much I’m going to tell my daughter about it so she can come to Kona and stay in your condo. I really enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach. I don’t have anything negative to say any body that stay here would have a good time.

The location of the unit is great. It is quiet with a nice deck and a nice kitchen. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bedroom was a little warm has no A/C and the rollout bed in the living room
wouldn’t pullout. Also, need to check with cleaning service before the next guests to make sure everything is ready. Other than that everything is good. The price is great. I would come back.

Loved our stay at Della’s place!
Della’s place is perfect for Kona. Great location, easy to get everywhere and thankful for the parking. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay!

We were able to use the oscillating fans to move the cool air from the front room to the bedroom. The kitchen had most things you would need. However, the coffee pot could be replaced. It is a Mr Coffee brand coffee pot, but the carafe is made by Black & Decker. The two don't work together. We had to jerry rig it to make it work and even then, it made a mess. Also, there is no dishwasher. I didn't realize that when I reserved the unit, but we made due. Overall, it was comfortable.
