Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Parking was a great bonus. Easy walk to centre of Brixham. Friendly host.

lovely cooked breakfast with a good choice, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast etc, very clean room, comfortable bed, our room was next to the dining room, a breakfast table was literally 5ft from our door.
A bit of a walk to the centre, but the weather was good, so didn't bother us, on a bus route if needed

The breakfast was fine but didn’t like the necessity to order the day before.
The matress on the bed was extremely firm, no give at all. The duvet was winter weight in very warm climate. Towels and sheets not changed all week.
