The property was just as expected! I loved the balcony and in unit washer with tons of space outside to dry clothes. The owner met us on time to receive the keys and gave us great local recommendations! Wonderful stay!
The unit was located on the second floor, however, the owner helped carry our bags up the stairs upon arrival. The park next door wasn't as well kept up as some of the other parks in the area.

Alex is a very welcoming and responsive host. He went out of his way to help us in an emergency situation, and was always available to answer questions or provide any needed/missing supplies. The apartment is comfortable and well-located to transit and the university, and the spacious balcony is an outstanding place to relax.
Apartment needs a bit of sprucing up here and there (e.g., nespresso machine wasn't very cooperative), although that would probably drive up the price a bit ;-). Nothing was bothersome, however, and we would/will happily return.

For what we needed the apartment for, it was fantastic. We were in Milan for the Salone so were rarely in the apartment except for sleeping etc. So it's difficult for me to comment on the kitchen and those facilities. But the place was clean and everything worked. I'd not hesitate at all to go back. And Alessandro the host was perfect - attentive and helpful for whatever needs we had. He really accommodated all our requests. Thank you!
Nothing. The apartment was exactly as we wanted it to be and we were even allowed to arrive early (to drop off our bags) and to leave them after check-out so that we didn't need to carry them around Milan for the last day of the fair.
