Ciao Milano!

Close to subway, eateries, shops.

Too many stairs. No mention of the fact that the apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very good.

Apart from the good location, the apartment was a disappointment

-good location, metro station very close

The apartment doesn’t look at all like in the pictures. When you look at the pictures it seems more spacious and that everything is new and clean. In reality the furniture was old, very used and miserable. What bothered us the most was the lack of cleanliness. Some examples would be the dirty stove and mirrors (visible signs of dirt left by the previous clients). Also I really believe that the nightstands and desks have never been disinfected and I had to clean them myself which is not normal. The “double bed” is actually 2 beds put next to each other and it’s very uncomfortable because during the night you wake up with a space that forms between the mattresses and you have to move them frequently. I would suggest the owner to post up-to-date pictures of the apartment so that the clients will not be disappointed when they arrive as we were. It’s not okay to sell something nice, modern, new and clean when in reality it’s old, used and dirty!!!! AT LEAST CLAEN THE APARTMENT PROPERLY

Generally the experience was okay I was just expecting something different for a 5 night stay. for example a bit of clea

The location was great really close to everything and the room temperature was always great we never felt cold or hot . It was really equipped with iron and hairdryer and also had a place to dry your clothes if you choose to wash them in the laundry machine..

The room was a bit dirty, the floor especially. the spoons and forks we had to clean also the cups and eventually we bought plastic ones. The toilet door was broken and we had to put a shoe to hold it and stay closed from the outside. the beds were okay but the pillows were very uncomfortable and we had headaches throughout the night.

Clean and good location

The location of the property is good and it is clean. Bed was comfortable.

Firstly you have to play some kind of escape rooms to get the key. You have to enter a building and enter your information which takes about 30mins after travelling this is the last thing you need. You then have to catch cab from key collection to the apartment which costs around €30, you can choose to walk but it takes around 30mins so bear in mind if you have luggage. There were only two towels provided throughout the duration of our stay. That is one towel per person. No towel provided to dry your hands in the bathroom, no towel provided for the kitchen area and no towel provided for the bathroom floor and when we asked for extra towels we were told our stay was not long enough to warrant extra towels??? We stayed for two nights. We should at least have a towel to dry our hands at the bare minimum. Nor were extra bedsheets provided we were expected to stay in plummeting temperatures and no instructions on how to use the heating. When searching for extra bedsheets we found dirty linen in a bag at the bottom of the wardrobe and under the sink were very used dirty towels. Also The toilet would not flush properly and when asked if someone could check it we were told to send a video. For hosts I don’t find this very attentive. The front door is a task to open and should come with instructions. Also bear in mind there are no oven and microwave facilities at this property so don’t buy food that you need to warm up. There are no tea bags provided only coffee, I have stayed all over the world and never had anything like this.

Czystość pozostawia do życzenia, niektóre sprzęty z innej epoki.
