We had an excellent day accommodation fantastic we will be back

The location was excellent straight across from the beach we could cross the road and go for a walk along the beach. No problem. The accommodation was excellent clean and very pleasant.

A comfortable and relaxing space with ease of access and short walk to a refreshing beach walk.

Easy to park and gain access as no stairs. The property is surprisingly spacious and provided everything we needed and more.

Perfect family getaway for mixed ages,

All on one level. 3 toilets , Televisions in all rooms. Both bedrooms on suite.

We had a disappointing time, the surroundings were grim and dreary

Good heating system

It had no view, but a wooden fence. Whole place was grubby and needed a refurbishment, difficult showers with no grab rails. Doors sticky and difficult to open and fasten.

Liked the 2 bedrooms both en-suite, 2 couples meeting up so ideal. Great location for walks. Close to Rye and Hastings, coast and country side so win, win.
